We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn and have all original labels attached.
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to notify us that you want to make a return.
- Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
- All online purchases, including sale and discounted items, are fully eligible for a refund.
Condition Of Items
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be fully attached and intact.
- We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the garments show signs of wear, makeup, stains, or odours.
Refund Process
- We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receipt.
- Please note that this process may take longer during public holidays.
- We will refund the full price you paid for the garments.
- If you return your entire order, we will also refund your original standard outbound shipping fee.
- If you return only part of your order, the original outbound shipping fee will not be refunded.
- If you paid for an enhanced delivery option (such as Special Delivery), we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery tier.
Refund Postage Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- We highly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot issue refunds for returned items lost in transit.
- If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can make it right and cover your return postage.

- To initiate a return, please email us at support@legende-paris.com with your order number and the items you wish to send back. We will provide you with further instructions if needed.
- Use recorded delivery to ensure your package is trackable.
- Email us all relevant information to avoid any issues, as we're not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for the funds to appear back in your original payment method.
